The East Midlands Partnership Post Graduate courses for teachers
The Education Departments in the Universities in the East Midlands have been continuously developing their Masters courses to meet the needs of Local Authorities, schools and individuals. The extensive variety of study programmes
-
aim to extend participants' understanding of learning, teaching and educational issues through engaging in detailed analysis and evaluation of established and innovative practice in education.
-
are designed to provide participants with opportunities to enhance their practice by reflecting on their own personal and professional experiences and developing further skills, knowledge and understanding of aspects of specific interest.
-
enable participants to engage with other professional colleagues and researchers in developing critical approaches to enquiry within practical education contexts.
The delivery and support provided by the Universities can be school based with flexible start dates to fit with school calendars.
The courses can be tailored to school or individual needs.
The cost is subsidised by the TDA by £800 for 60 credits.
“We acknowledge that your school and staff will have particular
development needs, so we will work with you to develop a unique programme for your school.”
